As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will connect positioning, content, campaigns, events, and performance data into one focused go-to-market system. You will work closely with Sales and Product and own initiatives from first insight to qualified pipeline.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- Build and execute an integrated growth plan across content, campaigns, events, partnerships, and paid channels
- Translate product capabilities and customs expertise into clear, distinctive positioning and stories
- Create demand-generation programs for logistics, industry, customs, and trade-compliance audiences
- Own campaign measurement, attribution, experimentation, and continuous optimization
- Equip Sales with strong messaging, case studies, presentations, and account-based materials
- Coordinate external specialists and help shape the future marketing team
المتطلبات:
- Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, logistics, or enterprise technology
- Evidence that you can turn strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable pipeline
- Strong writing, editorial judgement, and professional fluency in German and English
- Confidence with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and performance channels
- A hands-on, analytical working style with strong ownership and commercial judgement
- Residency and work authorization in Austria

Salary
For employment in Austria, the current minimum gross monthly salary for this position under the Austrian IT Collective Agreement 2026, occupational group ST1 (entry level), is EUR 3,267, paid 14 times per year on a full-time basis. The collective-agreement minimum applicable on the actual start date will apply. We are willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and the final scope of responsibilities.
