Hvad er bindende tariferingsoplysninger?

A Binding Tariff Information (BTI) decision is issued by an EU customs authority and gives its holder a binding tariff classification for the goods described in that decision.

A BTI decision is generally valid for three years throughout the EU, although it can cease to be valid earlier. Published decisions from other holders remain research references only.
