Application and incorporation
New agreementsThese contract terms apply to B2B agreements concluded on or after 23 July 2026 in which the terms dated 23 July 2026 are expressly incorporated. The applicable contract documents are provided to the Customer in a storable form before the Agreement is concluded.
Existing agreementsExisting agreements continue to be governed by the terms agreed when they were concluded. The terms dated 23 July 2026 apply only if the parties expressly agree to incorporate them. Publication, renewal, silence or continued use does not amend an existing agreement.
