Forward Deployed Engineer - Internal Automation CRM/ERP
Digicust automates customs processes with AI. For our internal operations, CRM, and ERP setup, we are looking for a technically strong person who works directly with management, marketing, and internal teams to automate processes, build tools, and solve operational bottlenecks. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work close to the real internal processes at Digicust. You will identify manual workflows, understand requirements directly from the teams, and build pragmatic automations, integrations, and internal tools. The focus is on our internal CRM/ERP setup, lead and marketing processes, dashboards, data flows, and operational automation.
