Job Description
Digicust revolutionizes customs processing through the use of artificial intelligence. Our innovative solutions automate complex processes such as customs declarations, tariff classification, document control, export control, and customs audits. We help companies make their customs processes more efficient, transparent, and error-free. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality with technological understanding, customs experience, and strong customer focus, a person who accompanies our customers on the path of digital transformation and customs automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and understanding of our customers' customs processes
- Support in the implementation and optimization of AI-based customs solutions
- Accompanying our customers in the change management process
- Conducting training and onboarding for new users of our Digicust platform
- Continuous collaboration with internal IT for further development and improvement of our products
- Interface between customers, sales, product development, and technology
- Co-designing individual customs automation strategies
- Ongoing support of existing customers (Account Management) and identification of optimization potential
Requirements:
- Completed education or degree in business, customs, IT, or logistics
- Several years of professional experience in customs or technical customer support / Solution Engineering
- Good knowledge of customs tariff classification, customs declaration, and export control
- Enthusiasm for digital technologies, AI, and automation
- Experience in account management and strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills, empathetic and solution-oriented
- Native or fluent German language skills (required), this position requires German-speaking candidates only
- Residency and work authorization in Austria (required)
- Very good English skills, additional languages are a plus
- Openness to an international environment. Digicust is a globally scaling startup
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and inspire users

Salary
For employment in Austria, the current minimum gross monthly salary for this position under the Austrian IT Collective Agreement 2026, occupational group ST1 (entry level), is EUR 3,267, paid 14 times per year on a full-time basis. The collective-agreement minimum applicable on the actual start date will apply. We are willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and the final scope of responsibilities.
