Beyond the software, our customs advisors help you with guarantees, deferment accounts, preferential origin and special procedures. Hours are billed transparently, and become significantly cheaper when bundled with software or annual advisory packages.
Package pricing and bundle discounts are confirmed individually during your scoping call. They are not published publicly so we can match the rate to your actual scope and commitment.

Credits are automatically billed for each operation. You can use the loaded credit flexibly for all our AI services. Please note: We do not offer a 14-day trial period.
With the test account, you get comprehensive insight into the Digicust AI platform. The account is unlimited in time and contains 20 credits.
These credits allow you to try out your own use cases and realistically estimate credit consumption and costs.
An upgrade to an annual contract is possible at any time. Downgrades are only possible at the end of the year due to the contract term. No cancellation fees apply.
All contracts are annual. Payment is made once per year in advance by invoice; credits included in the package can be used across the full year.
Our system proactively informs you about your consumption based on the burn rate. Should you exceed your credit balance, the additional credits will be transparently billed at the end of the month, so you don't take any risk.
Digicust offers enterprise-level security standards and implements comprehensive measures in the areas of security, reliability, and access control. The protection of your sensitive data has the highest priority for us. We are happy to provide detailed information upon request.
Currently, we only accept payments by bank transfer. You will receive a proper invoice and transfer the due amount. Alternative payment methods can be requested, but implementation cannot be guaranteed.
Yes, especially for the customs declaration solution, setup fees may apply:
- Integration costs: Only if a technical connection to your existing customs software is required. Without integration, these costs are completely eliminated.
- Onboarding fees: To ensure smooth operation of your processes, we recommend a customized onboarding package. The scope varies depending on complexity between 10 and 40 hours.
Onboarding can also be booked flexibly at a later date.
